2. Who are the other three members of the band? Where is Brian?
Susie Lampert, the pianist, is a longtime friend of Laurie's. Brian Mueller, the bassist, is Laurie's husband! However, Brian has decided to move on and pursue his other interests and talents. So in his place is Adam Bernstein a longtime friend of Laurie, Brian and Susie's. Want to know more about Susie and Adam? Just click on their names! The band has most recently been joined by Bob Golden on drums and percussion.

3. Is Laurie a Mommy?
Yes! She and Brian have a daughter named Lucy.

4. Does Laurie perform Birthday/Private Parties?
Though Laurie once performed Birthday/Private Parties, she does not perform them anymore. She performs a few big concerts a year for all the fans.

5. Is Laurie playing near me?!
Check the calendar page on the website to see what concerts are currently booked! And sign up for the mailing list to get updates on shows in your area and to purchase advance tickets.

6. Does Laurie have a fan club?
No, but any fan is welcome to start one.

7. Does Laurie have a DVD out?
YES! Her first DVD, "We Are The Laurie Berkner Band" came out February 14th 2006. You can get it at the store on her website, at www.musicspace.com and at retail stores such as Walmart, Target, Barnes and Noble and Tower Records!

8. Is Laurie's VHS (Video Songbook) also sold on DVD?
No.

9. Is the Video Songbook VHS or "We AreÉThe Laurie Berkner Band DVD" the same as the music videos on Nick Jr?
No. The video was made in 2001, before the Nick Jr. videos had been made. It is a recording of a live concert with some animation. It is no longer being sold.

10. Why are the songs on the CDs a different version from the songs on Nick Jr?
When Laurie shot the videos, she also re-recorded all the songs for Nick Jr.

11. Are the versions of the songs heard on Nick Jr. available?
Unfortunately, they are not. The only way to make them available is through Nick Jr. You can write them by clicking here Also, Nick Jr. is releasing a compilation DVD of her JackÕs Big Music Show videos this summer (2009).

Yes, Laurie's CDs are available at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Borders, Barnes & Noble, and many others.

16. Is Laurie making any new videos for Nick Jr?
Yes, the band filmed a few new videos. Some of these aired on Nick Jr. as part of an on air special called ÒLetÕs Hear it for the Laurie Berkner Band."

17. Is there a DVD of the videos seen on Nick Jr?
Yes, they are releasing it by Fall 2010!

18. I bought a CD/DVD and it doesn't work, what do I do?

24. Is "My Family" available for purchase or download?
Nick Jr. is currently in charge of the version of "My Family" that you see on the channel. As of now, we do not have a version of the song available for release on CD, but we hope to in the future! You can download the song on iTunes, as well as do what many of our fans are doing and write to Nick Jr. to request that the "Let's Hear it for the Laurie Berkner Band" special, which includes "My Family", be made available as a DVD by clicking here.

25. When will the Nick Jr. special, "Let's Hear it for the Laurie Berkner Band" be replayed? Can I purchase this as a DVD?
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on when the Nick Jr. special will be re-airing. Many fans have also written to request that the special be made into a DVD.
