1. Where is Laurie from?

2. Who are the other two members of the band? Where is Brian?
Susie Lampert, the pianist, is a longtime friend of Laurie's. Brian Mueller, the bassist, is Laurie's husband! However, Brian has decided to move on and pursue his other interests and talents. So in his place is Adam Bernstein a longtime friend of Laurie, Brian and Susie's. Want to know more about Susie and Adam? Just click on their names!

3. Is Laurie a Mommy?
Yes! She and Brian have a baby girl named Lucy.

4. Does Laurie perform Birthday/Private Parties?
Though Laurie once performed Birthday/Private Parties, she does not perform them anymore. She performs a few big concerts a year for all the fans but with little Lucy now a part of the family she does not have the time she used to!

5. Is Laurie playing near me?!
Laurie is playing again! Check the calendar page on the website to see what concerts are currently booked!

6. Does Laurie have a fan club?
At the moment we are working on creating a fan club for Laurie and the band.

7. Does Laurie have a DVD out?
YES! Her first DVD came out February 14th 2006. You can get it at the store on her website, at www.musicspace.com and at retail stores such as Walmart, Target, Starbucks (while supplies last), Barnes and Noble and Tower Records!

8. Is Laurie's VHS also sold on DVD?
No.

9. Is the VHS the same as the music videos on Noggin?
No. The video was made in 2001, before the Noggin videos had been made. It is a recording of a live concert with some animation. It does have many of your favorite songs on it, though!

10. Why are the songs on the CDs a different version from the songs on Noggin?
When Laurie shot the videos, she also re-recorded all the songs for Noggin.

11. Are the versions of the songs heard on Noggin available?
Unfortunately, they are not. The only way to make them available is through Noggin. You can write them at programming@noggin.com.

12. What CDs are the songs from Noggin on?
"We Are The Dinosaurs" is on Whaddaya Think of That?, "Victor Vito" is on Victor Vito, "Pig on Her Head" and "Bumbleebee (Buzz Buzz)" are on Buzz Buzz, and "Song in My Tummy" and "This Hat" are on Under A Shady Tree.

She would love to release a "Best Of" CD, however, there are a few things she'd like to do first.

Yes, Laurie's CDs are available at Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, Best Buy, Borders, Barnes & Noble, and many others.

17. Is Laurie making any new videos for Noggin?
Laurie and the band collaborated with Noggin to bring you great music videos on JACKÕS BIG MUSIC SHOW. Noggin produced two seasons of this show.

18. Is there a DVD of the videos seen on Noggin?
At the moment, the videos are not available on DVD. However, Noggin will be coming out with a DVD of the show JACK'S BIG MUSIC SHOW.

19. I bought a CD/DVD and it doesn't work, what do I do?

She sure does! However, with daughter Lucy in her life now, she often doesn't get to them right away. She does, however, have helpers to email people back. We try to get to your questions as soon as we can!
